DGR Advisory: Mandatory Submission of Form Number 26AS of Income Tax

1. Please refer to Para 10 of Dept of ESW, MoD Office Memorandum No 28(03)/2012 - D (Res-l) dated 09 Jul 2012 and its subsequent amendment dated 16 Jan 2013 which states, “The Form AS 26 will be submitted by 30th April subsequent to the year when the ESM has got the contract, and every year thereafter.”

2. The Form 26 AS with complete details of transactions for the Financial Year are being uploaded by 30 Jun every year, henceforth, the same will be submitted by the security agency by 31 Jul of every year.
